Web Design Services
JBA Computer will design a website specifically for your needs. Small businesses are our specialty!The Web Design Service includes consultation, custom graphics, acquire hosting, search engine submittal, and maintenance.
- Consultation – Most consultations last about an hour. Here we’ll discuss the purpose, size and functionality of your site. Most clients have an idea of what they want to accomplish already so one meeting is generally all that is required. For those clients who want a web site but are unsure as to how to integrate it into their business or, for that matter, what to include, two meetings will be necessary. The first to help get an understanding of what a web site can do for them and give ideas on how they can proceed. The second will take place after the client has had some time to think and formulate ideas on his/her own.
- Custom graphics – We accept logos or other graphics provided by the client in electronic format or as a high quality hard copy (suitable for scanning). We can also create simple-to-moderate logos and headings for you. Elaborate graphic work may be outsourced to 3rd parties companies. There is no markup on fees for tasks sent out.
- Acquire Hosting – We will also use the consultation to determine the best hosting company for the client. Unless the client has a preference, Go Daddy (http://www.godaddy.com) has proven to be the host of choice • Search Engine Submittal – JBA Tech will submit your site to the major search engines on the web. Search engine rankings are NOT guaranteed.
- Maintenance – Once the site is completed, a 30 day adjustment period is provided at no cost. After that time any changes are billable at $50.00 per case. This is a flat fee unless the changes involved require programming changes, graphic/multimedia changes, adding pages or anything that would affect the structure or functionality of the site. At that point, the fee becomes hourly
Pricing: *$350.00 - First 3 pages - Additional pages or pages that require special functionality are priced on a case-by-case basis. The initial price does not include the cost of obtaining a domain name and hosting services. Website updates are handled on either a case by case or monthly basis. Case by Case updates are charged a minimum 1 hour labor charge, with regular billing if the task requires more than 1 hour's time. One may save by buying time on a monthly, quarterly or semi annual basis.
- Single Case $50.00
- Monthly $45.00 (per mo)
- Quarterly $120.00 (every 3 mo)
- Semi Annual $210.00 (every 6 mo)
Case by Case payments are due upon completion of the order; monthly payments are due in full at the beginning of selected agreement period. Billing for overage is determined by the agreement length (i.e. If a client is on a semiannual agreement, they would be billed at a rate of 35.00 per hour for overages)
